I generally give 20 or 30 public and private (for companies and corporations) talks each year. I am quite pleased that I have been asked many times to speak at the High Point International Furniture Market. In April of this year, I will give a seminar on Sunday, April 30 at noon for The Interior Design Society.
I love this group. They are so warm and welcoming. Not only that, but many years ago, their then-director Faye Laverty, had enough confidence in me to give me my first chance at speaking in High Point. I will always be grateful to her! The new director of IDS is Pam White. I am just getting to know her and her assistant, Janet Towle, and I like them already.
Gaye Outlaw has also been one of my biggest supporters in High Point. She has already asked me to reserve an October date for a seminar during that market.
